Ensemble Theatre operates under a LORT (League of Resident Theatres) LOA contract with Actors’ Equity Association with an annual budget of approximately $3M.

Apprenticeships
Professional Acting Apprentice Program
Ensemble Theatre’s Professional Acting Apprentice Program is a concentrated 11-month program (August-July) that serves as a springboard for early-career actors’ onto their professional path.
2021-2022 Season applications will be accepted in winter 2021, specific dates TBA.
Other Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are offered in other Technical Theatre areas depending on the theatre’s needs. If you are interested in more information, please email our Director of Apprentice Programming.
Internships
Internships
Internships are offered on a semester and/or seasonal basis in the following areas: Arts Administration, Marketing and Communications, Development, and Education, Engagement, and Inclusion. Internships are generally only for college credit or paid for via stipend. Compensation will be noted in internship job listing.

Auditions
We’re always looking for new talent and encourage actors of all types, ages, ethnicities, genders, and abilities to audition.

Acting Apprentice Program
Our Apprentice Program offers a season-long immersive experience for professionally-bound actors pursuing careers in the arts.

Volunteer
We rely on hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers each season to make our shows and outreach programs possible.
